Coaching
Coaching is a partnership of focusing on your future. I offer provoking and creative ways to inspire clients to maximize their personal and professional potential.
As a coach it is my role to discover, clarify and align with what you as the client want to achieve in your sessions. I offer encouragement, self-discovery, and elicit client centered solutions and strategies that hold the client responsible to meet and create their desired outcome.
Consulting
Consulting services offers my professional and personal wisdom from years of private practice to those seeking guidance, understanding and insight in the Counseling, Coaching or Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Field.
I have over 15 years of experience in working in the counseling field and have extensive expertise in working with complex trauma, especially in the areas of sexual abuse and human trafficking. I love to educate and teach others from the experiences I have gleaned in my field.
